By booking a photography session with To Be Determined or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking & Payment
1.1 Session Booking
- A booking is only confirmed once a non-refundable deposit of £100.00 has been received.
- The remaining balance is due 14 days after you receive the images.
1.2 Rescheduling & Cancellations
- If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 7 days notice. Your deposit can be transferred to a new date, subject to availability.
- Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable, except in cases of extreme circumstances at our discretion.
- In case of bad weather or illness, sessions can be rescheduled at no extra cost.
2. Photography Session
2.1 Client Responsibilities
- Please arrive on time for your session or provide access to location for a shoot if you are arranging the location. Late arrivals may result in a shorter session or rescheduling at our discretion.
- It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all arrangements not agreed prior to be the responsibility of To Be Determined are arranged on time (e.g., outfits, personell, personal belongings).
2.2 Photographer’s Rights
- We reserve the right to cancel a session if circumstances make it unsafe, unworkable, or if there is a breach of these T&Cs.
- If we need to cancel due to an emergency, a full refund or rescheduled session will be offered.
3. Image Delivery & Usage
3.1 Image Processing & Delivery
- Edited images will be delivered up to 3 weeks via access to an online folder.
- RAW (unedited) images are not provided.
3.2 Client’s Personal Use
- Clients receive a personal license to print and share their images for personal use only. Unless an agreement is made prior for commercial use. If this is the case a written agreement for terms of use will be drawn up for both parties to sign.
- Images may not be edited, filtered, or altered by the client in any way, with the express permission of the photographer.
3.3 Photographer’s Rights & Copyright
- The photographer retains full copyright of all images.
- We may use images for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes unless you opt out in writing before the session.
- If you do not want your images to be used publicly, please inform us at the time of booking.
4. Third-Party Printing & Products
- We are not responsible for print quality or colour inconsistencies from third-party printing services.
- If you order prints/products through us, we will ensure the highest professional quality.
5. Liability & Indemnity
- We take every care to provide a professional and safe service, but we are not liable for:
- Any injury, damage, or loss incurred during a session.
- Unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, venue issues) affecting the shoot.
- In the rare event of technical failure (e.g., corrupted memory card), our liability is limited to a full refund or rescheduled session.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
- Your personal data (e.g., name, contact details) is stored securely and only used for booking, communication, and service delivery.

7. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
- If you are unhappy with any aspect of your session or images, please contact us within (7 days) so we can work towards a resolution.
- Any disputes will be handled in accordance with UK law.
